Sunday Training Structure
12:30pm-2:00pm: Youth Performance (YP)
Designed for players age 7-14 who are beginners or have some volleyball experience.
2:00pm-3:30pm: Positional Training
Players are typically broken up into 3 groups:
Attacking/Blocking
Setting
Passing and Defense
3:30pm-5:00pm: High Performance (HP)
Designed for experienced players to run combination drills and game play. All drills are meant to be cooperative or competitive.

August 3, 10, 17, 24, 31
September 7, 14, 21, 28
October 5, 12, 19. 26
Cost:
$35 per class or $495 for unlimited classes (August-October)
Attend 2 classes in one night for $50 (cash only, pay in person)
